Solarfruit is the only commercial manufacturer of a truly sun dried fruit snack. Beautiful tree ripened fruit is processed to remove seeds and create a thick fruit pulp. This is poured into freshly lined trays and placed in hygienically sealed sun drying tables for up to 10 days. This slow, gentle drying process results in a finished product very low in residual sulphur (0.009%). Each serve of solarfruit is equal to one whole fruit and provides a high energy snack, low in fat and added sugar, and is a good source of fibre.
